PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Prime Design project management team will be your sole point of contact between you and all parties involved in the design and execution of the project. We oversee the appointment of third parties (consultants, tradespeople, specialists) and obtain all necessary approvals on your behalf.
Thanks to our network of qualified artisans and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, we manage the tendering process, appoint contractors, and monitor their work, while providing you with full visibility over the project’s schedule and budget.
DESIGNER & MAKERS
The Prime Design team works closely with a network of exceptional designers and artisans, distributing signed or limited-edition pieces. This approach allows us to create unique custom furnishings and layouts, giving each project a rare and exclusive identity.
