Located just outside Marbella, Villa Rosario is a truly authentic Andalusian villa, centred around a beautiful traditional patio. Preserved entirely in its original state, the property is now undergoing a complete renovation and redesign by PRIMEDESIGN.
The vision for this project is not to transform the identity of the house, but to preserve its soul and reveal its full potential.
We have carefully retained the architectural character, proportions and atmosphere of this traditional Andalusian home, while introducing a refined contemporary approach to enhance its volumes, light and connection to the surrounding landscape.
One of the key elements of the redesign is the relationship between the central patio and the sea. Although the villa enjoys an exceptional sea view, it was previously almost completely hidden from the main living spaces.
Through a series of carefully considered new openings and sightlines, we have reoriented the heart of the house towards the Mediterranean, allowing the patio to become a true focal point — connecting the interior spaces with the sea and the landscape beyond.
The result is a villa that remains deeply rooted in its Andalusian heritage, while offering a completely new experience of space, light and views.
